pan y rosas discos is a netlabel out of chicago that focuses on experimental, noise, improvisation and weirdo rock. we believe that music should be available to all people for free!
pyr began putting out music in 2008 as a way to make often overlooked music available to the public and as a way of building a community of artists, musicians and listeners. we believe that as media consolidation continues to reduce the avenues available to musicians, it is increasingly important to open up new paths for the dissemination of new music. we see pan y rosas discos, and netlabels in general, as offering one more path for artists to utilize.

darius – additional treatments on tracks 2, 3 and 5.
frank wilke – trumpet on track 5 and trombone on tracks 8 and 9.
all tracks edited, arranged/mixed/remixed and produced by rdunlap in 2016.
paul mimlitsch performed overdubs to the mixes for tracks 1 and 7, and darius’ contributions were prepared to the mixes in progress. most of the rest of the source materials used to produced this album were downloaded from these locations: loopyc, erocnet, r369improv, brass-lines
