Eksjö Musik Encyklopedi

A collection of mash-ups, remixes and transformations, by various members of the weekly online music-sharing event known as Sound-In (www.sound-in.org), made during 2013 and 2014. At Sound-In, musicians from all over the USA and around the world meet virtually to share new improvisations, compositions and sound-art. Part of the process each week involves other members taking these separate, disparate tracks and combining them into seemingly organic sonic entities. This CD highlights the mashing and remix skills of a number of the Sound-In regulars, using tracks contributed by themselves and others.
